CareerBuilder's latest survey reveals outlandish mistakes employers have found on candidates’ resumes.

This survey was prepared by Harris Interactive© on behalf of CareerBuilder among 2,076 hiring managers and human resource professionals nationwide who were asked to share the most memorable methods candidates have used to stand out from the crowd, and whether their creativity got them hired.

Forty-four percent of people update their resume less than once a year and nearly one-in-five haven't updated their resume in over two years. Whether currently in an active job search or satisfied with one's current career, Right Management recommends always keeping your resume updated.
