The models are being recalled because the glue that attaches the glass outer envelope or globe to the body of the lamp can fail allowing it to fall and strike persons and objects below.

To participate in the replacement sprinkler program, property owners must submit “Proof of Claim” and “Waiver and Release of Claims” forms to Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation postmarked by June 1, 2011.
