Carlisle SynTec, the leading manufacturer of single-ply roofing systems, recently expanded the scope of its industry leading accidental puncture warranty to include 45-mil and 60-mil Sure-Tough EPDM membranes incorporated into mechanically attached or fully adhered roof systems. The 45-mil and 60-mil Sure-Tough membranes now qualify for eight and 16 hours, respectively, of leak
repair coverage per year. Carlisle’s 75-mil membrane continues to include the industry’s only puncture warranty of up to 32 hours. Carlisle SynTec offers the accidental puncture warranty at no additional charge. Also available on all Sure-Tough membranes is Carlisle’s innovative Factory-Applied Tape (FAT™). Applied in a factory controlled setting, FAT provides uniform adhesive width and thickness, reducing the risk of human error during seam installation. This innovative feature helps make the Sure-Tough roof system stronger and faster to install than competing
products.
