This week’s question comes from the i-FM.net Information Facilities Management Network on LinkedIn.

I am currently researching flexible workspace concepts like desk sharing, which prompts me to ask the following questions.

  • What are the main challenges of desk sharing in your company?
  • How do companies with desk sharing ensure that there are always enough free desks but not too many desks?
  • Due to the fact that people are not sitting at the same workplace every day, is it difficult to find team members, especially in larger organizations?
