This Question of the Week comes from the Facilities Management Group on LinkedIn.

Do you have any ideas for removing chewing gum from a hard porous surface, such as brick pavers? I’ve tried the freeze spray, and I can remove what is on the surface, but the tiles are porous enough to allow a lot of residue to seep down beneath the surface. The resulting unsightly residue is what I don’t know how to remove.
