This Question of the Week comes from the Facilities Management Professionals International Group on LinkedIn.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions for rating facility management professionals other than the norm (such as budgets, projects, etc.)? I am looking for some out of the box thinking. Is there some way to incorporate customer satisfaction in a more quantifiable number?

Schwartz joined Group C Media in April 1989 as managing editor of Today's Facility Manager (TFM) magazine (formerly Business Interiors) where she was subsequently promoted to editor/co-publisher of the monthly trade magazine for facility management professionals.
