Q. What kinds of resources, organizations, or groups unite emergency officials (municipal, state, and federal) with corporate facility professionals?

I’m looking for forums where individuals can discuss, plan, implement, and manage local/regional evacuations, shelter-in-place, and shared facilities for emergencies.
